Clay Frost is a mental coach that grew up in Utah and has worked with athletes of many different sports and many different competitive levels. Clay went to the University of Utah and got a masters of science in sport psychology. Beyond formal education, Clay loves to read and has a bookshelf (physical and audio) that would knock your socks off. Clay’s philosophy is to coach athletes from the reality of the situation and to work from there towards their dreams and aspirations. Instead of having a one-size-fits-all approach, he likes to work with athletes and individuals and aims to become like a team. Clay has developed a track record of success with his own unique methodology that has been proven to deliver athletes greater confidence, higher motivation, the ability to manage emotions, increased focus, and a mindset that will lead you to have five star performances more frequently and more consistently. He currently lives in Utah County with his wife and daughter. Clay also speaks spanish fluently.
